At inFIT all of our trainers and instructors strongly believe that when you learn how to workout properly you are empowered with knowledge that will keep you healthy for a lifetime! Through your trainer you will learn how to successfully reach your goals.We create training programs that are affordable and meet your specific needs. You can train one-on-one, with a buddy or in a small group.Now I bet you are thinking, "If I do personal training I will miss out on the great group exercise classes." No, you won't. Group exercise classes are a great compliment to your current personal training program or to your personal training maintenance plan. We don't want you dependant on a trainer forever, we want you to learn. Our personal trainers help you reach your goals and teach you how to maintain your success and your great feeling of health and wellness!
PERSONAL TRAINING PLANS
Express Sessions: 25 minutes (Start at $25.00/session)
Full Sessions: 50 minute (Start at $40.00/session)
Personal training prices are based on the trainer. Training packages with a minimum of a 4 week contract include:

CONSULTATIONS
Inspiration Fitness highly recommends that all new clients participate in a Fitness Assessment before beginning sessions or classes.
FITNESS ASSESSMENTS
A Fitness Assessment will give you a measuring tool to your health!

FITNESS CONSULTATIONS/NUTRITIONAL COACHING
A Fitness Consultation will help you identify your goals and your obstacles.
We will also discuss healthy eating and menu planning.
$50 (approx. 60 min)
Orientation is an opportunity for new clients (and existing clients that want a refresher) to come and learn about what training is all about. We will discuss expectations of you, how you can jump start your program with proper nutrition, how much exercise is appropriate for you to reach your specific goals, and more. You will receive a training packet with valuable information to ensure your training experience is a success. Orientation will be held on the last Wednesday of every month at 8pm and the first Saturday of every month at 10am. Sign up in the studio or email us with your day and time preference.
FITCHECK (WEIGH-IN/BODY MEASUREMENTS)
FITCheck is our monthly check-in program. Come to FITCheck and get your monthly measurements to track your progress. New clients, come and get your starting measurements and orientation about training, food journaling, nutrition, expectations and more! FITCheck times will be held on the last Wednesday of the month from 5-8pm, the last Thursday of the month from 7-10am, and the first Saturday of the month from 8-10am. You must reserve a designated time for FITCheck, sign-up in the studio, no email registrations.
MAKE-UP SESSIONS
Make-Up Sessions are for group training clients only. Please remember that when you miss a group training session, as stated in your contract, you forfeit your session. Make-ups are not guaranteed to work with everyone's schedule and are an added bonus because we want to see you succeed! If you miss a session, or you know you will be missing a session, during your month of training you may attend a make-up session. Make-up sessions will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm, and the 3rd Saturday of the month at 11:00am. Please email us with your day and time preference to attend a make-up session.
