A Fitness Consultation will help you identify your goals and your obstacles.
We will also discuss healthy eating and menu planning.

5 for $55 Weight Loss Group (Phase 1)
This program is geared to teach a small group (min 4, max 8) of knowledge hungry clients the basics and some details of FOOD that you need to know to survive out there in the real world. If you lose 5lbs. during our 5 weeks we reward you with one Express Personal Training Session (value: up to $40)!

Details: 5 meetings for 45 minutes, including 2 body composition tests, food journals and more
When: Starting in April, Tuesdays at 7pm or Saturdays at 9am4 for $70 We Love Food Group (Phase 2)
This program is set up to build on the 5 for $55 Weight Loss Group! A small group (min 4, max 8) of still knowledge hungry clients will learn the functional details of Nutrition (based on Phase 1) that you need to master the challenges of food in the real world. One of the 4 Group meetings will lead us into a local Grocery Store for a "Shop like an Expert" experience! If you lose 5lbs. during our 4 weeks we reward you with one Express Personal Training Session (value: up to $40)!
