Learn to Run:  Running 101

Join us for a run of varied lengths, core work and a reviving stretch. No Running experience required! We will work on increasing our endurance and length of the runs as we progress through the weeks. The runs will go straight out and back to catch anyone who needs a rest along the way. Class will run weekly, weather permitting. This is a great way to cross train and "shock" your body while enjoying the weather outside.
