1.  Where are you located?

2.  How do I sign-up my child(ren) for a class?
You can sign-up online! Go to the
schedule and click on "Sign-Up" under the class you would like. Enter in the information and your child's name will appear on the schedule. You will also receive a confirmation email.

3.  I'm new to inFIT Kids, what do I need to do to come the first time?
Start by signing-up your child for the class(es) you'd like by using the
schedule. Read through the sign-up information and these questions. Make sure you fill out all the registration, liability and health history forms and bring them with you to your first class.

4.  What if I decide I want to bring my child at the last minute?
We try to accommodate all schedules and we understand that sometimes you may not know in advance. Please keep in mind that if you don't make a reservation you are not guaranteed a spot or if that class is being held. While we will try to never have to turn kids away, we also want to ensure that we have adequate staff to keep our programs safe.

5.  Do I have to sign up for a class for the entire Winter Session or one-class at a time?
Our programs are designed to be convenient without long-lasting commitments. You are not committing to every Monday at all. You can sign-up for Monday 9:00am and Wednesday 11:00am classes one week and then nothing the next week. Whatever works best for your schedule!

6.  Can my child take two classes in a row?
Yes! They can take two classes or three classes, it's up to you! They can stay for up to 3 hours of classes!

OFF-SITE QUESTIONS:
1.  Do I need to be taking a class or training session for my child to be able to participate?
No!!! You can drop-off your child and go!

 
PICK-UP QUESTIONS:
1.  Can someone else pick-up my child for me?
Yes. Make sure you have them listed as an authorized person on the Child Registration Form. They will be asked to show their photo ID and it must match the information on your form!

2.  What happens if I am late picking up?
You will be charged for the next class if you are more than 5 minutes late. Classes start on time and being late is disruptive to the instructor and to the other kids in class. If you are picking up late and it is the last class of the day, you will be charged $1 per minute for keeping the staff over their schedule. We don't like to have to enforce these policies, so please be on time!
 

FAQs

 ***Inclement Weather Policy*** 

If STMA school or activities are cancelled or delayed, morning classes and training will be cancelled and your class credit will be returned. Evening classes will be assessed 2 hours prior to class. If the weather is too dangerous, we will cancel classes on the website and your class credit will be returned. Thank you!

 

1.  How do I purchase classes?
 

You can purchase classes on line, in the studio or at Anytime Fitness.  You can pay with cash, check or credit card.  Remember, you must first create your free online account at http://www.inFITbody.com.

 

2.  Do I have to create a new account with the new website?... and will my credits carry over? 
 

No! You can use your existing username and password on our new site!  Your username is your email. If you forgot your password, simply click "forgot your password?" and enter your email address. Your password will be emailed to you! Yes, all your online credits have been carried over from the old site.

 

3. Can I purchase $5.00 classes on the new website if I am an Anytime Fitness member?

Yes! Email us to get your unique membership agreement number and you will be able to purchase $5.00 classes online!

 

4.   I am new to inFIT.  Are there papers for me to fill our before I take my first class?
 

Yes!  When you create your free account online, you will be asked to agree to our liability waiver and new client conduct. By checking "I agree", you are submitting your digital signature online. You can also find our forms in the studio. Ask an instructor!

 

5.   Can I cancel a class 2 or 3 hours prior to it running?
 

Our class cancellation policy is 8 hours.  This means that if you need to cancel your reservation, you need to do so 8 hours prior to the class running.  If you try after this time, the reservation is locked. 

 

6. Can I bring my child with me to class?

Age Policy: Children 6 and older may attend class with their parent/guardian as long as they are not disruptive. Ages 12+ may attend class without their parent/guardian. All participants must have required forms on file. Children 6-12 are $2 and students 12 and older get our student rate of $5.

7. What if a class gets cancelled due to low attandence, do I get my credit back?

We require a minimum of 6 people signed up online to hold class. If there are not at least 6 people signed up by eight hours before the class, the class will be cancelled. The online schedule will reflect this cancellation, so check online! We will send an email for this type of cancellation. Please remember to check online before coming to a class! If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, your reservation will be removed immediately so that you will get your credit back.

 

8. If I want to bring a quest to class, can I sign up twice using my credits?

No.  For liability purposes we require your guest to create their own free online account.  When they create their free account, they will be asked to agree to our liability waiver and new client conduct.  By checking "I agree", they are submitting their digital signature online.   Once they have created their account, email Tracy at tracy@infittraining.com  with the class information and she will transfer one credit from your account to theirs.  They can then sign up for the class.
