Each class at inFIT is suitable for all fitness levels. Various options and levels will always be shown so that your workout works best for YOUR BODY. Our class formats offered include some of the following:

SPOGA is the perfect blend of spin and yoga. In spin, you will challenge your cardio endurance and build strength in the legs. The yoga portion of class will be formatted to compliment spin and will focus on strengthening the muscles underutilized in cycling such as the upper body and glutes. Stretching poses will focus on lengthening the hamstrings and quads. Heart openers and hip-openers will be utilized to counterbalance the tension in the shoulders and hips.  Each portion lasting roughly around 45 minutes.
