Tasting wine after yoga will complement your state of mind and elevate your taste buds.  Upon completion of the Yoga class allow Wine Specialist, Phil Lutgen, guide you thru a sensory wine experience!  ENJOY the FUN journey of feasting your senses both on and off the mat.  This class is designed for all yoga and wine tasting skill levels.  Please bring layers as you warm up and cool down the muscles of your body.  Please be sure to bring your own mat.
