Each class at inFIT is suitable for all fitness levels. Various options and levels will always be shown so that your workout works best for YOUR BODY. Our class formats offered include some of the following:

We use an educational approach to dispel the myths about suicide, and to let others know about the realities surrounding what in 1999 the former U.S. Surgeon General David Satcher called a "public health crisis." On the following pages you will find information and resources that will help you if you are suicidal or if you know someone who is.

If you are suicidal or you think someone you know is, we want you to know that help is available and recovery is possible!
